The Lotus Room Co. was founded by Chelsea Alvarado, a former registered nurse whose journey into holistic wellness emerged from a desire to reconnect with balance, ritual, and intentional living beyond conventional care.
In 2025, a year of deep self-discovery, Chelsea completed a certified herbalist program and a 200-hour yoga teacher training—immersing herself in the wisdom of plant medicine, mindfulness, and whole-body balance.
With the unwavering support of her husband and business partner, Max, Chelsea felt called to transform this personal evolution into something meaningful to share. What began as an inward journey became the foundation for a brand rooted in intention, presence, and natural healing.
